Consequently travelers will be able to check our holiday homes’ availability online, and proceed to the direct booking from our website via a secured payment. While browsing on www.keyweek.com, travelers will also be able to directly contact one of our Digital Concierges thanks to a real time live chat.

Finally, with the aim of offering a unique Traveler’s Experience, and helping our travelers choose the perfect home, KEYWEEK will provide 3D videos. Once travelers will have seen the professional photos of each of our holiday homes, they will be able to go further to pick their favorite home thanks to our properties’ 3D virtual tours. As a result, it’s all about creating an immersive, enjoyable and practical Traveler’s Experience for our guests so they can choose the holiday home of their dreams and truly enjoy every moment !

One of our Digital Concierges will be available, in our travelers’ pocket, before, during and after their holidays with us. New Tools for KEYWEEK’s Home Owners and Partners

Furthermore, we have decided to change our own internal operating system by working with a new booking software. This undoubtedly will help our teams work with greater efficiency.

Today, this new software gives us the opportunity to manage all of our activities from one single platform, it’s a significant change !

By using a specific mobile phone application, our partners will therefore be able to access our booking agenda and any useful information they need.
